FAQs

This year's Hui ā-Tau will be a hybrid format. We have 70 spaces available to attend in person in Tāmaki Makaurau and unlimited spaces for kaiako to attend online.

This year there will be sessions specifically for online attendees and sessions specifically for in person attendees. There will also be sessions that will be delivered in person but live streamed to our online audience as well.

We invite all Ako Panuku members to attend Hui ā-Tau 2025. Not a member yet? Sign up to Ako Panuku here.

Hui ā-Tau is free to attend for all Ako Panuku members.

NEEDS UPDATING

 

If you are an Ako Panuku member, you would have received an email inviting you to register for Hui ā-Tau 2025. If you haven’t yet received an email, please contact us. When you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email. Please keep your email, as it will include a registration code which will enable you to change any of your registration details if need be.

In-person registrations will close on [insert date], or when all spaces have been booked (whichever comes first). Registrations to attend online will remain open up until the day (6th October).

If we receive your cancellation after this date, you and your kura may be invoiced to cover any incurred costs that we are not otherwise able to recover. If you wish to change your registration to attend online instead, please email the tari

Yes, Ako Panuku will arrange and cover the cost of your travel and accommodation for Hui ā-Tau 2026.
